Parking
We have 96 legal parking spaces on site. It is important that you park in a legal parking space and that you park in that space correctly. View our parking plan
Bikes
Please keep your bikes in the garage or between your back porch and your garage. The absence of bikes on or near the front porch helps keep the property looking nice.
If you have a maintenance issue or request, we want to be responsive. Contact us and let us know how we can help.
Mail
We have 3 pedestal mail boxes that have 12 individual mail boxes each. All 3 have a larger compartment for packages. If you have a package, the package box key will be placed in your individual mail box. You use that key to retrieve your package. The door to the package box will grab the key to ensure it does not get lost. If you have a package that is to large for the package box, it will be dropped by your door or you will receive notice to pick it up at the post office. View the mail box/townhouse index
Lockout
It is nice to have the ability and security to lock you bedroom door. The downside is that it is pretty easy to lock yourself out. Contact us to arrange to get your door unlocked. (Breaking the door jam or going in through a screen will cause significant and chargeable damage)
Move-in process
Once the lease is signed and the Security Deposit is received, we wait until about 2 weeks before move in to schedule a day and time to receive the 1st month’s rent, exchange keys, etc…
Move-out process
As your date to move out approaches, please communicate with us the exact timing so we can receive keys and forwarding address information. Your unit should be very clean and ready for us to inspect. We legally have 30 days to refund your Security Deposit money to you.

It is a great idea for you to look everything over as you move in. This will ensure that you do not get charged for existing damage. Beyond that, we want your townhouse to be well maintained. If you have an issue at move in, let us know, we want to make it right.
