Utilities
Fairbanks handles lawn care, snow removal, garbage pickup and appliance maintenance
- Premium cable tv and high speed internet are taken care of and included as a part of your monthly rent
- Option 1 – As tenants you place gas, electric & water accounts in your name and coordinate payment monthly, deducting $140 or $35 per bedroom
- Option 2 – Fairbanks retain accounts in our name and coordinate payment on your behalf
